From Veteran to Cop to Firefighter to 9/11 Truth: 9/11 First Responder Rudy Dent

Rudy Dent began his studies, as a young adult, in the field of art and design, but with the onset of the Vietnam war he enlisted in the military and became a crew chief on a UH-1C Armed Helicopter Gun Ship. Rudy received two medals for heroism, and several others for valor and gallantry.

He then served for 4 years as a NYC police officer, followed by 32 years of service to the NYC Fire Department, serving as a Chauffer and trained as an FDNY Building Inspector. He also studied and trained to become an FDNY Fire Marshal; Rudy worked at the Bureau of Fire Investigation as a Dispatcher as well.

Rudy Dent is a 9/11 first responder and survivor, he retired from the New York City Fire Department as a result of injuries suffered as a first responder at the World Trade Center Complex, on 9/11.

He’s here with us today to discuss what he witnessed and experienced at Ground Zero on that tragic day, the day of the catastrophic collapse of the Twin Towers and of World Trade Center Building 7.
