He is an Engineering Scientist holding advanced level lower degree credits in 5 Categories of Engineering Sciences and advanced theoretical math, mechanical, electrical, electronic, manufacturing, and controls engineering.He also holds 9 issued patents for Lawrence Livermore National Labs (LLNL), in development of laser optic mount and apparatus hardware. Dr. Cutburth states that military defense institutions like Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories develops nanothermite, an explosive energetic material which was found in the dust at the world trade centers site, and also nano RDX, which could be used for heavy demolishing of all of the floors at the WTC. Nano RDX is made of nitrogen, and as a gas it dissipates very quickly. The red/grey unreacted (unexploded) nano thermite chips found in the WTC dust is indicative of the nano thermite/nano RDX composit not being properly administered in some areas.
